In Planters

I find flowers amazing! When we lived in Purchase in Westchester County, I had a beautiful garden and planters overflowing with annuals. I decided to study them by watching them grow and overflow in the garden. It did not take long for me to start painting them, one flower at a time. Today, flowers are my favorite subjects to paint. I find real joy and passion in capturing their beauty, especially when they are contained in attractive planters. In Planters is an ongoing series of paintings that feature planters with decorative motifs.
